Refund policy

At Choco’s Corner, every item is made especially for you.
Because our products are created on demand, we handle returns a little differently — with care, clarity, and fairness.

All sales are final

Since each product is printed or produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Personal preference after delivery

Please double-check product details, sizing charts, and colors before placing your order.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re truly sorry — and we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

No need to return the damaged item.


Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a replacement may require additional shipping costs.
